- Items purchased from Sage Dental may be returned for a credit within 30 days of invoice date
- All items must be in the original unopened package to receive a full credit. Restocking fee might apply to some returns.

- Shipping charges may apply to some returns.
- We provides FREE SHIPPING to the 48 continental states for any orders $250 or more
- Shipments below $250 are subject to a $8.95 handling charge, and $12.95 for orders under $100
- Orders received by 2:00 pm EST are shipped the same day, Monday through Friday.
- Actual freight charges are applied to shipments outside of the 48 continental states.
- Expedited shipping and Next Day Air are available upon request.
- Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. Claims can only be considered within 7 days of receiving your order.
